This website is operated by GAME OVER Escape Rooms, Katsiba 31, Agios Dimitrios, 17342 Attica, Greece. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “GAME OVER”, they mean that company.

This is our franchise and business-services site. It exists to describe what we build for partners — the scenario library, room construction, the Autohelp Hint System and Room Control Panel, and marketing support — and to let prospective partners get in touch.

You cannot book a game here. Every branch takes its own bookings on its own website, under its own terms.

Branches in the network are independently operated. When you follow a link from the Network page you leave this site, and what happens next — booking, payment, cancellation, house rules, age limits, accessibility — is governed by that branch's own terms and its local law, not these.

We check the links we publish but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Sending the franchise form starts a conversation. It is not an offer, an option on a territory, or a contract, and it does not reserve anything until we both sign.

Investment ranges, room specifications, build timelines and network figures on this site are indicative and current at the date shown above. Suggested space, duration, player counts, puzzle counts and difficulty ratings describe our standard build and may change with your floor plan, local regulations or a later revision of the room.

The scenarios, storylines, set designs, props, puzzle mechanisms, the Autohelp Hint System and Room Control Panel software, the hint videos, the photography on this site, and the GAME OVER name, logo and room marks are our intellectual property or licensed to us.

You may read, print and share these pages for your own assessment of the franchise. You may not copy, rebuild, reverse-engineer or resell any of it, or use our marks, without written permission. Franchise partners get their own licence, and that licence — not this page — sets out what they may use.

We keep this site current but we do not warrant that every figure or specification is free of error, and we may change or withdraw any of it without notice. Territory availability in particular moves quickly — confirm it with us before you rely on it.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site.

The franchise form collects your name, contact details, location and what you tell us about your plans, and we use it only to answer you and to assess the opportunity. It also records how you reached us: the campaign a link was tagged with and, if you came from one of our Google ads, that ad's click reference. We use these to see which campaigns bring enquiries, and share the click reference with Google only to measure that ad. We do not sell your data.

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct or erase your data, or object to how we use it. Write to info@escapegameover.com.

We count visits with Umami, which sets no cookies and records nothing that identifies you. Beyond that, two kinds of cookie load only with your consent, which you give or refuse separately: analytics cookies (Google Analytics), to understand which pages partners actually read, and marketing cookies, to measure which of our Google Ads bring enquiries and to show you ads suited to your visit. You can change or withdraw either at any time from Cookie choices at the foot of every page.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity arising from your use of this site or from reliance on indicative figures published on it.

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.

We update these terms from time to time. The version you are reading is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
